Prices in AUD, excluding GST. Additional assessments are $9 each in bundles of 5. A credit is consumed when an assessment is completed, not when it is sent — an invitation a client never opens costs nothing. Nothing is ever charged without explicit confirmation.

Not a psychometric
CareerAlign has no published norm group, no reliability coefficients and no validity study. It is structured self-report decision-support, and we do not market it as anything else.
Not a diagnosis
Career themes are descriptive groupings, not types or psychological categories. A client can hold several, and they change with circumstance.
Not a replacement
The tool structures information. Interpretation, challenge and judgement remain yours, and the product is designed on the assumption that a qualified practitioner reads the output.
